LUNCHES, DINNERS, EVENTS
On our farm we grow farro, hemp, lavender, olive trees, fruit and vegetables. We also keep bees. We serve the authentic flavours of our land purposefully combined with our organic products: extra-virgin olive oil, marinated vegetables, farro and farro flour, honey, jams and essential oils.
Monte Spada cuisine is creative, and is for all. Based on seasonal products, it ranges from vegetarian and vegan menus to more traditional dishes.
Our kitchen is always open to the guests who stay with us, and offers simple menus agreed on a daily basis.
The catering service is available upon reservation to groups of at least 15-20 people, or to individuals on occasion of events and themed days.
